Easy Recipes to Make Mix Veal Pickles
Materials Required:
Raw Mango - 01 Kautri (Chopped),
Flour Cabbage - 01 Cutlery (Chopped), Carrot - 01 Cutlery (Chopped),
Lemon - 01 Cutlery (Chopped),
Green Chilli - 01 Curry (Finely Curved) ), Fennel - 01 teaspoons (grated),
Steep coriander - 01 teaspoons (crushed), Rye - 01 teaspoons (grated),
Turmeric powder - 01 teaspoons,
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon,
Red chilli - 02 nos (total),
Curry leaves - 4-6 nos,
Asafoetida - 01 pinch,
White vinegar - 2 teaspoons,
Mustard oil - 1 / 2 cups,
Salt - according to taste

Method of Mix pickle: Mix pickle recipe for 1 teaspoon of salt in water, add cauliflower pieces and cover it for 10-15 minutes. Also wash all the vegetables well.

Now heat so much water in a vessel so that all vegetables can be drowned in it. When the water comes to boil, add all the chopped vegetables in it and boil for 3-4 minutes. After this, turn off the gas and keep the vegetables covered for five minutes.

After this, remove all the water from the vegetables. Then spread all the vegetables of coarse clothing in the sun and dry for 5-6 hours, so that they can get all the water out.

Now turn the vegetables in a vessel and mix it well with fennel, coriander, turmeric, red chilli and asafoetida and one big spoon mustard oil. Also add vinegar and mix it.

Now heat the remaining mustard oil in a frying pan. When the oil is heated, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and whole red chillies and fry them lightly. After this, turn off the gas and let the oil cool down. Then mix them in the vegetables.

Take, mix pickle method is complete. Now your delicious mix vegetable pickle is almost ready. Fill it in a dry glass or plastic container and on top of the other day dry the pickle with dried teaspoon. In 3-4 days the pickle becomes sour and tasty.

Note-
Remove pickle from clean and dry spoon always. You can use it for a month. In pickle you can use the available vegetables according to your favorite / season. By keeping it in the pickle fry, its duration can be increased. Or put so much oil in the pickle so that it is completely submerged in the oil.

SERVEING:3
INGREDIENTS
*3 large yukon gold potatoes.
*3 tablespoons oliv oil,(divuded)
*Kosher salt and ground black pepper.

METHOD
Place a large baking sheet in the oven,and preheat to 450 degrees.
   Slice potatoes into half inch thick slices.
In a medium saucepan over high heat,add potatoes,1 teaspoon of salt and enough water to cover potatoes.Bring to a boil,then reduce heat and simmer until edge of potatoes begin to cook,but inside remains firm,about five more minutes.
    Drain potatoes ,and toss in a large bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and apinch of salt.
    Toss vigorously with a plastic sparula,and drizzle with another tablespoon of olive oil and some more salt.Continue tossing,1 to 2 minutes.untill potatoe slice are covered in a starchy paste.
    Carefully remove baking sheet from oven,and drizzle with remaining tablespoon of olive oil.Place potatoes in a single layer and return to oven.
     Back potatoes until bottoms furm golden brown,about 20 to 30 minutes.Flip potatoes with a metal spatula,and return to oven to brown other side,about 10 minutes more.
     Remove from oven,and sprinkle finished potatoes with kosher salt and pepper,to tast.

Healthy sumer salad recip.

Fresh and very easy to make this village salad is perfact for summer.

             With just a few pantry stople ingredients,you can prepare it in a minute.
             It has been very intresting outside. And i have been enjyoing every moment of it.This means that more effortless recips are about to come.This is a butgarian salad and it is usually served  without the lettuce there.I didn't  plan on posting this recip,because it is so simple.I can'nt even call it a recip.
        But when i went to out of assam..One of my Friend suggested me that i should share the recip on my blog.
        Think about it,and decided to share on my blog hope some of you like it.
        The dressing is light olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
        Enjoy your guys! Just a simple summer salad recip.

INGREDIENTS(For the salad)
*4 cups  chopped romaine lettuce.
*2 medium tomatoes(chopped).
*1/2 english cucumber(chopped).
*1 can-white bean,drained.
*1/2 medium red onion(diced).
*2 roasted red peppers(chopped,fire roasted peppers are perfact)
FOR THE DRESSING
*1/2 Cup oliv oil or vegatable oil.
*1/4 cup wpple cider vinegar.
*1 teaspoon salt.
*1 teaspoon honey.
OTHER
*Freshly ground black pepper.
INSTRUCTIONS
*In a large bowl place lettuce,cucumbers,tomatoes,peppers,beans and onions.
*In a jar,combine oil,vinegar,salt and honey,shake well.
*Four dressing over salad.
*Add some freshly ground black pepper on top.

INGREDIENTS
*125 gm lotusseed pops.
*50 gm sugar.
*250 ml milk.
*4 cashews.
*2 tablespoons ghee.
*1/2 pinch saffron.
*4 almonds.
*1/2 teaspoon powdered black cordamom.

PREPARATION
STEP 
Here's how you start preparing this delicious dessert,take almonds,cashews and crush them into small pieces.Then, take a pan over medium flam and add some ghee to it.

STEP 2
When the ghee is hotenough,add the lotus seed pops along with the crushed almonds,Cashews and roast them till the lotus seeds turn crispy and the cashews turn golden.Then, turn off the flame and keep them aside.
STEP 3
Now,take a deep bottomed pan over medium flam and add milk to it.In the meantime take 3/4 th of the lotus seed pops,aimonds and cashews and add it to a grinder.Grind it to form a powder.
STEP 4
When the milk starts boilling,add sugar,cardamom powder,safforon and the powdered mixture to the pan.Stir the mixture for a minute and then, add the rest of the cashews,almonds and lotus seed pops.
STEP 5
Stir the mixture for about 10 minutes or untill the lotus seed pops turn soft and the rest of the mixture turns creamy.Then , let it simmer for another minute and turn off the flam.

STEP 6
Transfer the kheer to a serving bowl and garnish it with almonds or cashews,if you wish,serve warm or refrigerate for a couple minutes to enjoy it chilled.
