INGREDIENTS
*1 cup whole wheat flour.
*1 cup all-purpose flour.
*1 teaspoon salt.
*2 tablespoons olive oil.
*3/4 cup hot water or as needed.
*A little tumeric.
DIRECTION
1/ In a large bowl,stir together the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour and salt.Use a wooden spoon to stir in the oliv oil and enough water to make a soft dough that's elastic however not sticky.Knead the dough on a gently floured surface till it's swish.Divide into ten elements, or less if you would like larger breads.Roll each piece into a ball.Let rest for a few minutes.
2/ Heat a skillet over medium heat untill hot,and grease lightly.On a lightly floured surface .Use a fkoured rolling pin to roll out the balls of dough until very thin like a tortella,when the pan starts smoking place a flatbread on that.Cook till the side has brown spots, regarding thirty secands, then flip and cook on the opposite aspect.Continue with remaining dough.

One of my favorit drink is punjabi sweet lassi.I am fond of lassi very much and often prepare it at home rather than buying from the store.As all at home like lassi it is the a normal phenomenon to end our meal and finish it off with this drink.A refreshing way to end our meal and is most popular in the  punjabi and northern regions.After i make lassi with home made curd and churm it with madani which is used for churning.For extra richness in hotels and other outlets in north,they add a spoon of butter on top.I have not added as i wanted my lassi to be light.The traditional way of churning the buttermilk and making lassi always makes me owe.
In olden time this was a regular feature and lassi.Buttermilk were include in their daily staple diet.
Lets start a glass of lassi with sweet flaver

*Sweet lassi drink
*Culsine:Punjabi.
*Prep time: 5 minutes.
*Serving:2 serving.

INGREDIENTS
*1 CUP curd thick.
*1/4 cup milk.
*1 teaspoon suger.
*2 carda mom.
*A few strands saffron.

INSTRUCTION
*Whisk curd in a vessel.
*Add chilled milk.
*Add suger.
*Add powdered cordamom,m saffron strands and rose water.
*Place in a blender.
*Blend till nice and frothy.
*Pour in a glass and serve chilled.

RECIPE NOTES
*You can add ice cubes while blending.
*You can make this and keep this in fridge for a couple of days.
*You can add any sliced dry fruits.
*You can replace suger with honey.

ONE PAN INDIAN MASALA OMELETTE FRITTATA 
This is the most beautiful one pan frittata I have seen and i love the fact that it's a take on the Indian masala omellette.I have always loved frittatas and we make them aften at home.Though it has its own limitation.

One pan Indian masala omelette frittata

DESCRIPTION
Check out this exciting recipe for a one pan frittata that's inspired by the indian masala omelette.It's very spicy,has garam masala and can be made on the oven.
INGREDIENTS
*8 EGGS.
* .5 cup milk.
*2 tablespooon butter(oil)
*2 onion(medium)
*1/2 tablespoon Ginger(minced)
*2/3 chilies( green, finely chopped)
*200 grams button mushroom(fresh,Sliced)
*1 red bell pepper( Green/chopped)
*.5 teaspoon turmeric(Powder)
*1 teaspoon garam masala.
*To taste salt( and black pepper)
*.5 cup coriondee leaves(fresh, finely chopped)

INSTRUCTIONS
* Pre- heat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
*Heat butter/ oil in a cast Iron/Oven proof pan .Add onions and saute for 5 minutes till they one soft and translucent.
*Add chopped ginger and green chillies and cook for another minute .To this , add mushrooms and cook till all the water from the mushrooms reduces.
*Mix in chopped bell pepper,turmeric powder garm masala,black pepper,coriander leaves and salt.
*Mean while, in a separate bowl crack eggs.Add milk and season it with salt and pepper (Keep in mind that the onino mixture also has salt and pepper).Beat well.
*Reduce the flam to medium -low heat and add the egg mixture slowly to the pan.Shake the pan to spread the mixture evenly.
*Let this cook for 5/ six minutes on an occasional heat undisturbed.

*You will either still cook the dish on the stove high until the middle is about (about 10/12 minutes) or place the pan on the center rack of the
oven and cook for 20/25 minutes.
*Serve this one pan Indian masala Omelette frittata with some tomato ketchup or hat sauce drizzled on top.

I have a major snacking and munching addiction.All of my family are likes to  munching somthing once they get back        from work.Masala chickpeas is the favorite snake for all of our family.

Let's see if it passes the test.I"ll keep you guys posted.

DESCRIPTION

An easy foolproof recipe for roasted chickpeas flavored with indian Masala.This recipe is sure shat way to get super crunchy chickpeas or chanas.

INGREDIENTS

*4 cup chickpeas (Cooked)

*4 Tablespoons olive oil

*2 teaspoons paprika (kasmiri red chili powder)

*2 teaspoons cumin( Jerra powder)

*1 teaspoon garam Masala (powder)

*1/2 teaspoon garlic powder(optional)

*To taste salt.

INSTRUCTIONS

*Drain Water- Completely from the chickpeas and dry them using a kitchen towel and place them in a single layer between two kitchen towels to get rid of as much water as possible and then leave them outside for half an hour or so.

*Pre- heat oven to 200 degrees or 400 degree fahrenheit.

*Lay them on a roasting tray in a single layer and drizzle with 2 tablesspoons olive oil and sprinkle with salt.Mix well.

*Let them roast within the kitchen appliance for 30-40 minutes and keep stirring them each quarter-hour close to.Reduce the oven temperature to 175 degrees at the 80 minute mark.

*After 35-40 minutes take away them from the own and sprinkle with all alternative spices and remaining vegetable oil.Tass well and put the tray back in the oven for 3-4 monutes .Any longer can burn the spices therefore take care at this stage.

*Let them cool completly before storing them in on airtight container .The chickpeas stay crisp and crunchy for up to a week.

NOTES

*If using canned chickspeas,drain completly.

*Feel free to use your own spice blend.By using honey and mustard oil for a honey mustard blend too.
