Golden turmeric milk or haldi doodh may be a powerful Ayurvedic Indian Drink with medicative properties.It's a nice immunity booster, once full of cold,cough,sore throat or headaches etc.
INGREDIENTS
* 1 Cup whole milk( or coconut,soy/almond)
*3/4 teaspoon turmeric (Haldi powder)
*1 teaspoon honey.
*1/4 teaspoon black pepper (if you prefer less spicy)
INSTRUCTIONS
* Mix togethee all the ingredients in pan and bring it to boil.
*Simmer for a minute or so and swith off the flame.
* Sip slowly while still hot.
